Whats the Cheese Made Out Ofnon an Arbys Beef Cheddar
I am not big on fast food but this copycat Arby's Beef and Cheddar is a favorite of mine.
These sandwiches are just about spot on restaurant-quality featuring fluffy slider buns piled high with roast beef, slathered in my own signature sweet barbecue-style sauce and dripping with loads of melted cheddar cheese.
I love making the smaller size sliders, they're perfect for any party or family gathering and I can't tell you how many times I heard wow these taste better than the Arby's Beef N Cheddar ones.
Seriously don't take my word for it, make them and see for yourself on all the compliments you're going to get!
Perfect little cheesy bundles for game day events or any party gathering, picnics or these are even a great appetizer besides the best copycat recipe you'll ever make!
The best part about these, they're super simple and they bake in the oven for 30 minutes for an all in one pan meal!

Fun Food
I love all kinds of appetizer fun foods like this, especially when they are easy to make sandwiches.
The time these take to make is virtually a 30-minute semi-homemade meal!
I have also used my homemade recipes for an easy barbecue sauce if you want to try mine, it's here homemade barbecue sauce.
Sliders Buns
Sliders are a smaller version size hamburger bun.
These can be made in a larger bun size, I just prefer to use the smaller ones for one reason, these are very messy to eat!
If you make the regular size bun remember to double the recipe ingredients.
The juices that are outstandingly delicious will ooze out so beware when taking that fabulous first bite!
Pans To Use
The baking sheets should be deep enough to ensure none of the sauce overflows.
You can also use a 13 x 9 casserole dish and it's ok they are crowded together.
I recommend at least 1 inch deep and parchment paper-lined for easy cleanup and removal after these are cooked.

My Suggestions That I Used For Arby's Copycat Beef and Cheddar Sliders
(here are ingredients I prefer to use)
The original Beef N Cheddar has an onion bun which I give that option, I am not a fan and always ordered mine with a seeded bun, so I tried the poppy seeds and loved this version.
For a more authentic taste, use the onion flakes in place of the poppy seeds.
You can add whatever kind of cheese you like, I love the heartier stronger sharp cheddar cheeses, even Havarti cheese is delicious on this sandwich but some folks love Velvetta and that's milder and melts great also.
The beef I usually get is thinly sliced Boars Head but if you want another kind, feel free to use your favorite sliced deli roast beef whatever you like.
Some folks like the sweeter bread roll like Hawaiin Style, I am not a big fan of those.
I used Pepperidge Farm sliders bun.
For the barbecue sauce I use my own version or any store-bought kinds are fine my first pick would be Sweet Baby Rays.
Hope that helps, would love to hear your suggestions or adaptions in the comment box.
